Hotel Reservation World is completely free for hotels to use. There are no hidden fees or setup fees. It collects a modest service fee from customers who reserve online at the time of the purchase. There is no online fee for admins or employees that enter an order or reservation into the system. The fee includes a base amount and a percentage of the sale (because of PayPal). To learn more about PayPal fees, click here. Hotel Reservation World collects funds from purchases and distributes the amount owed to hotels each week on Monday through PayPal.
